Your phone number and address are turned into a signature in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.

Click-ready links

How to add your signature to Gmail

  1. Fill in the form above and click Copy signature.
  2. Open Gmail on a computer and click the ⚙ gear, then See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.
  4. Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V on Windows, ⌘+V on Mac).
  5. Under "Signature defaults", choose it for new emails and for replies and forwards.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.

Photos and logos in Gmail signatures

Gmail shows signature images that are loaded from a web address. That's why the form asks for a link to your photo or logo (for example from your website or company CMS) rather than an upload. Use a PNG or JPG that is already roughly the size you want, about 80–120 px wide. Images pasted straight from your computer often turn into attachments or don't show for the recipient.

Email signature FAQ

Why isn't my logo showing in Gmail?

Gmail needs the image to be online. Put a public link to a PNG or JPG in the photo/logo field, not a file from your computer.

Can I use the same signature in several Gmail accounts?

Yes. Copy once and paste it into the Signature settings of each account.

How do I change my Gmail signature later?

Your details are remembered in this browser. Edit them here, click Copy signature again, then in Gmail's Signature settings select the old signature, clear the box, paste and click Save changes.

Is the email signature generator free?

Yes. Make and copy as many signatures as you like, with no signup. The small "Created with DunlinSign" link is optional.

Will it work in Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. The signature uses simple tables and inline styles, which Gmail, Outlook (web, Windows and Mac) and Apple Mail all support.

Why does my photo need a link?

Email signatures load images from the web. Pasted or attached images are often stripped or shown as attachments. Use a PNG or JPG that's already on your website or profile.

Is my information stored?

Only in this browser, so your details are still here next time. Nothing is uploaded. If you add a photo link, your browser loads that image straight from its address to show the preview, just as an email app will. Apart from that, the only things ever sent are cookie-free visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics, see Privacy) and an anonymous error report if something breaks (error text, browser, page, app version), never anything you type or upload.

Can I make signatures for my whole team?

Team signatures from a spreadsheet are coming in Pro. For now, fill in the form once per person.
